General Information
• My working days are Thursday - Sunday• Extra characters are + 50% of the original artwork price• My turn around time is typically around 1 week but it will vary with project size and my current workload this will be disclosed to the customer upon enquiry or if circumstances change• I am quick to respond to messages and will typically get back to you within 12-24 hours• My artwork comes watermarked and it will not be removed but the positioning can be adjusted to suit the customer• I will complete as many revisions as needed during the sketch phase but once this phase is passed and the customer confirms the sketch is satisfactory, any more than 3 revisions will incur a +£1 fee per revision and this caps out at £5. This does not include any mistakes I may make like missing a pattern or trait on a character unless the reference material does not clearly showcase them or other specific circumstances
Client expectations
• The client must provide suitable reference material (eg : descriptions, artwork, photos)• I expect clients to uphold some manner of professionalism when working with me. Being friendly is no problem, acting flirty, creepy or being abusive is unacceptable.
Payment
• All of my prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds) so when sending me payment, it must be your own currency equivalent
• I take payment after the sketch is satisfactory to the customer, you are able to pay upfront but it will not change your position in the queue or affect anything pertaining to the commission• Currently Paypal is my only method of payment however I may take Discord Nitro or certain gift cards so feel free to enquire in other methods of payment. (Cashapp does not exist in my country)• Depending on circumstances you can jump the queue with a 'rush fee' the price of which will be discussed with the customer• Refunds will only be issued before lineart is started (The sketch phase and before) or if work is not completed within a reasonable time unless the amount of time was previously agreed upon (1 month for average projects 2-3 months for large projects)• If you do not pay for your commission when prompted within a month your commission will be terminated and you may be barred from working with me in the future depending on the circumstances.• If the option is available to you payments under £10 must be send through family and friends.• Payments over £30 must be paid 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is confirmed to be satisfactory
